Car: 2003 GTI VR6
Car2: 2004 Suzuki GSX600F
I just joined up a week or so ago, but didn't see this thread until now. So here is my official introduction...

My name is Dave, I'm a 26-year-old programmer/IT guy at a local eLearning company. I just recently (earlier this year) bought my first VW and current ride, a 2003 GTI VR6. Aside from a rear wiper delete and removal of the GTI and VR6 badges, the car is completely stock.

For many years prior, I had a 1995 Honda Civic hatchback with a cheap B16A swap which ran 15.3 at the track the only time I tried it.

I'm hoping to drop the ride height, stiffen the suspension, and attach a supercharger in the near future. (Probably not as near as I would like thought :? )

I live in Wynantskill, NY, so it's nice to see a pretty local group of VW people that I can hopefully hang with and bounce VW ideas off of! I'm hoping to make it to Red Robin on Wednesday night as well.

Edit: That is also my motorcycle in the background, a 2004 Suzuki Katana GSX600F. Also, someone always asks... the binary sticker on my rear glass translates to the ASCII characters 'VR6' :D

Here are some pictures of my car. They are from a few weeks ago...

Car: 2009 Rabbit
Hi All,
Just joined the forum today and wanted to introduce myself. Name's Mike, I'm in Ballston Lake and drive a 2009 Rabbit rocking the 5 cylinder goodness... So far it's debadged, clear markers, stubby antenna, and a BSH CAI, hopefully some more goodies to come. My last ride was a 2002 jetta with the 12v vr6, that car got me hooked on VW. I loved the way that car drove, handled, and sounded. I'll post some pics when I get a chance.
